Owners are legally responsible for their dogs and any injuries caused by them.
Hours of operation are dawn until dusk.
Owners must clean up after their dogs.
Dogs entering run must be licensed, fully immunized and free of any contagious conditions.
Dogs should wear a collar and ID tags at all times.
Dogs in heat are not allowed in the run.
Owners must possess a leash at all times.
Dogs must be leashed before entering and prior to leaving the park.
Owners must stop their dogs from digging holes and must fill any that have been dug.
Owners must discourage their dogs from barking.
Dogs are not to be left in run unattended. Owners must be inside the run with their dogs at all times.
Dogs with aggressive tendencies should not be brought into the run and must be removed.
Dogs with a history of aggressive behavior will not be permitted.
For their safety, small children are not allowed in the run unaccompanied.
No more than four dogs per person.
Violators will be subject to removal from the park and suspension of park privileges.
